This is hidden in a corner within Peanut Plaza area. There is like only 2-4 seats within this small shop. 

 

Most people come here for take out of the popular buns and soup. Authentic northern Chinese buns is why you will often see long lines of Chinese people waiting for the soft white fluffy dough filled with a variety of fillings. Get a pack of 10 small buns or grab a couple big buns. These buns make for a satisfying cheap meal.
