1. Fill your soup spoon with a base layer of Chinese black/red vinegar. Using your chopsticks, pick up the dumpling by the tip and place the XLB in your spoon.
2. Create an opening in the top/side to release steam and soup from the dumpling. You can add a sliver of ginger here.
3. Just wait a few seconds and slurp the whole soup dumpling at once.
